Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD is a rhythmic, light touch therapy that encourages an increase in lymphatic flow and drainage. Giving us the ability to move excess fluid in your body that when accumulated after an surgery, an injury, or due to a chronic condition can create swelling, pain, and discomfort.
