Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD is a rhythmic, light touch therapy that encourages an increase in lymphatic flow and drainage. Giving us the ability to move excess fluid in your body that when accumulated after a surgery, an injury, or due to a chronic condition can create swelling, pain, and discomfort.
WHEN CAN LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE HELP YOU?- Post surgery: MLD can be beneficial to reduce swelling and promote healing often recommended by surgeons after cosmetic procedures such as post liposuction, breast augmentation, tummy tuck
